These locks are supplied "Standard Sprung" for use with self-sprung lever handles. For un-sprung handles please select the "Heavy Sprung" option when ordering.

This upright mortice sashlock is suitable for FD30/FD60 rated doors in high-use settings. For full compliance on fire doors, this lock MUST be fitted with appropriate intumescent material on both door and frame.
This lock is NOT recommended for use with door knobs or ring handle furniture.

These locks are supplied "to differ" (individually keyed) with 2 keys per lock. If required, we can supply these locks in passing groups operated by the same key ("keyed alike" or "keyed to pass") or Master Keyed to special order - please contact us for details.
To keep this mortice lock in optimum working condition we recommend a once yearly application of light machine oil (3 in 1). Wipe clean with an oil impregnated cloth
