This British made High Security Euro Profile Cylinder Sashlock case is an ideal choice for quality residential or commercial projects. Use with a suitable Euro Profile Lock Cylinder where a high security lock is required on external or internal doors. The lock features a 20mm throw laminated hardened steel deadbolt and hardened steel anti-drill side plates. Suitable for self-sprung lever handle furniture on backplate*, or on rose with seperate keyhole escutcheons. The latchbolt is site reversible to suit left or right hand hung doors. CE/UKCE certified and fully compliant for use on FD30/FD60 fire rated timber door sets when used with appropriate intumescent material. Manufactured in Britain by Guardian Lock & Engineering.
Suitable for handle roses with horizontally opposed bolt through fixings.
*Important: Where lever handle backplates are to be fitted they MUST have a centres measurement of 51mm.

This mortice sashlock is suitable for FD30/FD60 rated doors in high-use settings. For full compliance on fire doors, this product MUST be fitted with appropriate intumescent material on both door and frame.
This lock is medium sprung and should only be used with lever handle furniture with integral springing in the rose or backplate. NOT recommended for use with door knobs or ring handle furniture.
Handle backplates require a 'centres' measurement of 51mm.

To keep this mortice deadlock in optimum working condition we recommend a once yearly application of light machine oil (3 in 1). Wipe clean with an oil impregnated cloth.
