This quality Euro Cylinder Mortice Lock Case is an ideal choice for medium security applications on internal doors or external doors where higher security locks are not required and can be used with any of our Euro Profile Lock Cylinders. Suitable for self-sprung lever handle furniture on backplate, or on rose with seperate keyhole escutcheons. The latchbolt is easily reversible on site to suit left or right hand hung doors. This mortice sashlock is suitable for FD30/FD60 rated doors in light to medium use settings. For full compliance on fire doors, this lock MUST be fitted with appropriate intumescent material on both door and frame.
This lock is medium sprung and should only be used with lever handle furniture with integral springing in the rose or backplate. NOT recommended for use with door knobs or ring handle furniture.
Handle backplates require a 'centres' dimension of 47.5mm/48mm.

To keep this mortice lock in optimum working condition we recommend a once yearly application of light machine oil (3 in 1). Wipe clean with an oil impregnated cloth.
