The Winkhaus Thunderbolt Master Door lock is designed for fitting to the first opening leaf of double doors as part of a full FGTE twin handle system. The Thunderbolt master lock has two nickel plated twin deadbolts which lock directly in to the opposing lock on the slave door. The lock can be used as is or can be fitted with top and bottom shootbolts for additional locking points in the head and cill. The faceplate is fully cropable to accomodate different door heights and handle height positions.

For optimum security this lock should be fitted with TS 007 3 Star cylinders (see our ULTION Maximum Security range) or TS 007 1 Star cylinders with 2 Star cylinder guard (see our Adapta Prime High Security range). We recommend master and slave door cylinders are Keyed Alike.
Lever handle furniture MUST be of a type that allows the handle to be lifted. Handle backplates should be compatible with the lock centres measurement and fixing centres measurements. Please refer to the relevant technical drawings.
One FGTE Thunderbolt Master Door Lock only. Shootbolts and keeps should be ordered separately if required.
