This CE/UKCA marked version is supplied with integral intumescent material pads on the rear of the hinge leaves and is fully compliant for use on FD30 rated door sets. These hinges are suitable for FD30 rated doors weighing up to 80kg in medium to heavy-use settings based on fitting 3 hinges.

To keep these hinges in optimum working condition we recommend a once yearly application of light machine oil (3 in 1). Check hinges occassionaly for dirt and grease and wipe clean with an oil impregnated cloth.
This product is manufactured and hand finished to order. You should therefore allow 3 - 4 weeks for despatch.
