Forming part of our UK Modular range, this high quality British made Mortice Lock incorporates a heavy duty Roller Bolt latch for superior performance and can be used with any of our Euro Profile Cylinder Lock Barrels to provide a range of locking functions. This lock is an excellent choice for both high quality residential and heavy use commercial applications and is offered with the option of "Standard Sprung" or "Heavy Sprung" handle follower. The latch roller bolt is non handed and will suit either left hand or right hand hung doors without modification. Can be fitted to fire rated timber door sets in accordance with current regulations
Select "Standard Sprung" for lever handles with integral springing in the rose or backplate or "Heavy Sprung" for handles described as being un-sprung. To avoid fixing screws fouling the latch body use handles with diagonally opposed bolt-through fixings or with backplates where fixings positions are adequately spaced. NOT recommended for use with door knobs.
Can be fitted to double doors with rebated meeting stiles when used with the rebate conversion set in the Related Items section below.
