This high quality, British made Mortice Deadlock Case is an excellent choice for both quality residential applications and heavy commercial use. Use with any of our Euro Profile Cylinder Lock Barrels when a simple deadlock function is required. Often used on lockable service doors and approved for use on fire rated timber door sets in accordance with current regulations.
Can be fitted to double doors with rebated meeting stiles when used with the rebate conversion set in the Related Items section below.

For best results and long life, this lock should be lubricated with a light machine oil at least once a year.
This product has been successfully type tested for conformity to all of the requirements of BS EN 12209 : 2003 including the additional requirements for fire/smoke door use - certificates are available on request.
Fire rating is only applicable to this product when fitted to timber based door assemblies of proven fire resistance as defined in BS EN1634-1 or BS476 Part 22:1987 and when fitted with appropriate intumescent material.
