Similar in appearance to our standard Rustix Beeswax finish, our anti-corrosive External grade beeswax is applied to a select number of products making them suitable for external use in normal situations. As with the standard finish, the products are quenched in molten beeswax after forging to provide a matt richness and depth of colours from blue/green to deep red ochre.
To keep the finish at its best we recommend a periodic application with a quality beeswax polish. This adds further protection to the metal and helps to prevent any rust or white blooms forming. This finish is NOT recommended for coastal applications or other harsh environments.
