Satin Stainless Steel - Marine Grade 316 (SSP)Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel is an alloy of iron made with higher concentrations of chromium and nickel. Products manufactured from this material are incredibly hardwearing and offer extreme corrosion resistant properties, making them an excellent choice for salt-rich coastal locations, highly polluted city environments and for buildings where harsh cleaning agents may be used. Satin finished Marine Grade Stainless Steel offers a low sheen, 'grained' appearance with mellow hues that works well in contemporary settings. Products fitted externally will benefit from an occasional wipe with an oily rag to remove dirt and grime deposits. Where items are not available in this finish we recommend using products in Satin Nickel or Satin Chrome, both of which offer a good match.  |
