The 3G114 range of High Security Deadlocks are probably the most well known and specified locks of their type in the British security market. Tested and certified to the current BS3621 standard for high security locks and recommended by insurance companies and the police for external doors in residential and commercial settings. Offering excellent protection against all common forms of attack, this lock features a positive 20mm throw solid brass deadbolt with hardened steel anti-saw rollers, hardened steel anti-drill side plates and anti-pick levers. CE/UKCE certified and fully compliant for use on FD30/FD60 fire rated timber door sets when used with appropriate intumescent material. Originally bearing the 'Chubb' name, this lock is manufactured in Britain under the Union brand name.

Recommended for door thicknesses from 44mm to 56mm.

Supplied complete with 3 keys, frame striking plate and fixings for wood.

Suitable for use on double doors with rebated meeting stiles when used with this [REBATE CONVERSION SET]

This mortice deadlock is suitable for FD30/FD60 rated doors in high-use settings. For full compliance on fire doors, this product MUST be fitted with appropriate intumescent material on both door and frame.

These locks are supplied "to differ" (individually keyed) with 3 keys per lock. If required, we can supply these locks in passing groups operated by the same key ("keyed alike" or "keyed to pass") to special order - please contact us for details.

To keep this mortice deadlock in optimum working condition we recommend a once yearly application of light machine oil (3 in 1). Wipe clean with an oil impregnated cloth.
