Our two-way action, deep mortice latches are specifically designed for use with door knob furniture. Knobs are positioned away from the door edge to avoid rapping knuckles against the frame and the light sprung, two-way action allows knobs to be turned easily in either direction. This version will position the centre of the door knob 75mm from the door edge. The solid brass latchbolt is non-handed and will suit left or right hand hung doors without modification.
These latches are supplied "Light Sprung" as standard. For extra heavy, solid door knobs we recommend selecting the "Heavier Sprung" option when ordering.
Recommended for door thicknesses from 35mm to 45mm.
